Hello!

I'm Andrew

I am a photographer based on the Wirral in the north west of England. Most of my photography falls into the landscape category, but I also take a lot of macro and abstract images as well as occasional forays into architectural. I like to try and capture just a glimpse of what nature offers us; the changing seasons, variable weather and wonderful light.

The majority of my images are currently taken on and around my home patch. I feel that we all have a responsibility to reduce our carbon footprint in order to protect the planet so travelling less and photographing locally makes sense. I also think it is a good way for a photographer to improve their skills by making the most of what they have on their doorstep rather than travelling to capture 'chocolate box' images that lots of other people have already captured.
